After abandoning their truck in search for shelter, Jeff Strickland and Ralph Studor risk their lives in the worst blizzard they had ever seen. As temperatures plummet, Jeff realizes his mistake as he collapses to the frozen ground and accepts his fate only to awaken in a strange cabin...isolated but sheltered, the two know they must wait out the blizzard.

But, this cabin hides a secret that begins to show itself. After the discovery of a disturbing doll, Ralph begins to change...with Jeff trapped inside.
