With degrees in English and Human Services, Mike blends a storyteller’s finesse with a deep understanding of human nature, creating narratives that linger long after the final page.

As the author of the gothic horror novella Purgatory—a haunting tale set on a remote island—Mike has established himself as a master of the macabre. His spine-chilling short stories have also earned spots in anthologies worldwide, cementing his place among horror’s most compelling voices.

    After abandoning their truck in search for shelter, Jeff Strickland and Ralph Studor risk their lives in the worst blizzard they had ever seen.
